I do not agree. Most institutions and mutal funds, unless small cap, will not touch a stock under $10. In theorythe monies received, if properly used to increase revenues thereby profits, could enhance prospects down the road. However in the short term, share holders and potential buyers take a dim view. They percieve dilution of earnings. Usually it is better accepted when the share price is over $20. and the last qtr. gave significant promise to future qtrs.... IMHO
