Use three: Waterhouse (okay), Fidelity (okay), and Discover (bad). All have given me some major problems. Fidelity actually has decent customer service and tries to make things right when they screw up; but higher commissions and slow system. Waterhouse is also slow, but sometimes fills my limit orders 1/16 or 1/8 higher/lower than I'd hoped. Discover is my least active account and the most problem-filled - and they appear unable/unwilling to make right any of their frequent mistakes.
