It could be that VSNT gets bought out on Nov 17th? It looks like the company's window-dressing itself: biz.yahoo.com This patent will reassure a would-be buyer who doesn't want to pay $xxM for a ''commodity''... VSNT is securing the only thing that's still worth something: its software code. And taking into account yesterday's unusual heavy volume (7x average) on an upward trend... After all, VSNT's market cap is only $18.7M. Offering thrice this valuation --ie $6/share-- a SYBS or an ORCL could easily catch up with CA's Jasmine, not to speak of ODIS... But this acquisition will boost ODIS' stockprice as only one ODBMS-only vendor will remain on the stockmarket.
