World markets are moving together like never before, and sentiment reigns supreme. JBL, interesting piece from fiendbear.com Manias die hard. The USA and world stock markets are again rallying as they did after the October 27, 1997 mini crash. The market continues to deny three realities: weak corporate earnings, lower rates do not support stocks and, an impotent IMF can not stem a global crisis. All past manias have ended with generational declines of about 50% or more.
