Dear, you are not smart enough to pick up shares below $1.00. these days for DCTC below $1.00 are gone forever.now talking that is just day dream! as a matter of fact, DCTC staged above $2 in 76 weeks out of 107 weeks in total. so DCTC below $1 was extremely unusual. that's the GIFT the short sellers gave to DCTC shreholders.
