...demand for replacing the aging Worldwide Rig Inventory - I keep reading about how many Rigs are taken out of service due to obselesence and age-deterioration etc. Here is an interesting article: Looks like for FGII HLX VRC etc. - it's just a matter of time for a major demand increase for new Rig construction; obviously dayrates must increase... news.bbc.co.uk
