Rocky Mountain Internet Strikes ISP Deal With DynamicWeb For Rite Aid Contract
RMI to Provide Internet Access to Drug Store Chain's
Suppliers
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1998-- Rocky Mountain Internet Inc. (Nasdaq SmallCap Market:RMII, RMIIW) announced today it has teamed with DynamicWeb(tm) Enterprises Inc. (OTC BB:DWEB - news), a developer of Internet electronic commerce (EC) and EDI business solutions, to provide Internet access for its prestigious Rite Aid contract.
An agreement was signed for Rite Aid Corp. (NYSE:RAD - news) to use DynamicWeb's Web-based EDIxchangeBuy Service to automate transactions with suppliers. RMI will be the preferred Internet Service Provider for these supplier companies, which number in the thousands.

EDIxchangeBuy manages the technical aspects of EDI on behalf of the suppliers that only need a Web browser and Internet access to electronically exchange business documents with Rite Aid. Dynamic Web estimates that extranet supply ordering has saved its customers thousands of dollars as opposed to the high expense of staffing a call center to service suppliers.
