Joe, Yes, it is down, but had been lower. It actually has gone up a little. I understand their work on Navy ships has gone well and is on-going. I believe they are cash flow positive, or should be shortly. I'll wait to see an earnings report, but it rather looks to me that they have turned the corner to profitability. Jim J
