They are a privately owned company. Merging with AMGV to go public. AMGV has reported $579,472 in sales through Sept 1998. In the news release they estimate combined sales to be $4 million. So this would make Nucleus sales to be around $3.5 million. I would say we'll be finding more about deal shortly. "The company expects that the merger will result in annual sales of $4 million. Upon completion of the merger, Nucleus will be seeking additional capital to expand production and marketing capabilities, in addition to providing support for the acquisition of competitors."
