I also called Robert and got the same response. I also asked him if I could buy or sell the stock. His response was he could not respond. I asked him for his bosses number and he gave me Debra's number (202)942-4643. I did not find Robert to be very helpful, I can understand that if a investigation is underway him not being able to say anything. I cannot believe he could not answer the question of whether or not the stock is tradable. I am trying to find the SEC rules on halting the trading of stocks. The sections are reserved (whatever that means). If anyone has access to the rules book the sections are R3340 and R4120.
