Sylvia, thanks for your informative post. The only problem with the GM sports team analogy is that in IPV's case the GM(Mr. Graham) seems to have his salary and bonus increase(+30%) in a year where we see disasterous results and cash squandered to to the point of creating a liquidity problem. Most GM's would have been fired for this type of leadership and performance. He should be VP Sales at best. Thoughts, opinions ? John
