Dear Joe: Without taking into consideration a) any acquisitions that are pending and b)announcements regarding unbudgeted awards and contracts previously disclosed,We are looking at $15,3 million in sales for the fiscal year beginning April 1,1997 with an EPS between $.30 and $.60 per share.
