Dear JAB and all: WELL, CMND has FINALLY filed the amended s-1 registration statement registering the inadvertently left out 100,000 shares. See-- freeedgar.com

Its quite lenghty but it answers most of our questions I think. Also details the status of the class action lawsuit filed by Jan and others.
Much too much info for me to report here except to say that it would appear the lousy results are caused by the following:
1. Dropping Y2K revenue (which is apparently their most profitable %wise)
2. Staffing up particularly in India for projects which havent yet developed and in Indias case they are hampered by Indian law in adjusting their personnel levels to existing business.

Maybe, NOW that this document is filed management will begin to talk to us??? It does mention as one of the risk factors the fact that upper management has NO experience dealing with a public Company.
Oh, and Jan, you were correct. Caputo did sell I believe it was 302,500 shares into the IPO. I dont see this as a big deal though. Poor guy is working for around 100,000 a year and no options. He owns just over 51% of the company. JDN
