Hoops, I checked as I typed and I see a new
item: investor information:
Liberty Capital Group ???????
Isn't it the group which got sued by the SEC
recently ???
The one which promoted DGIV and the like ?
I don't like it too much
Here is a press release from them:
Liberty Capital Group Response to SEC action filing
Liberty Capital Group, Inc. and J. Greig (collectively "LCG") acknowledge that on October 28, 1998, they were each named in a federal action filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the federal district court for the Western District of Washington. The sole statutory provision allegedly violated, section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, is a disclosure provision regarding fees paid by LCG's customers to LCG.

The SEC's complaint presents only the SEC's version of events. LCG has always taken seriously its disclosure obligations under the securities laws. LCG denies that it has violated any provision of the federal securities laws. LCG has retained experienced securities counsel and intends to vigorously defend against the allegations contained in the complaint.
