Micky, Sis, Recycle, and all MSHE stalwarts,
Well, the old man just can't sit on the sidelines any longer. Micky, I have no idea where you came up with your "I was told" comments, but do you really believe that the completed merger will have any significant impact on the stock price? I don't think so. We all know that to date MSHE, standing alone, is totally mismanaged, and I seriously question whether we will see any improvement in management practices under the combined MSHE/AGE..particualrly if the two individuals at the helm of MSHE remain in top management positions of the merged company. Now....I just wonder if there might be another reason for this long delay in getting the MSHE/AGE merger completed. And I just wonder if something bigger is underway... something like a bigger merger...a merger of MSHE and AGE with a larger, diversified, well-managed entertainment company, with an existing strong corporate structure and earnings record. In my opinion, that's the only way MSHE (and probably the merged MSHE/AGE) is ever going to see a profit. What do they have going now to generate profits???....Nothing, that I can see from anything I've read here or elsewhere. We've seen relatively little from the company about definitive future projects, and nothing regarding earnings. Management told us ages ago they had taken on a public relations firm...what have we seen from them???....nothing. Soooooo, maybe, just maybe, there's something bigger underway. I emphasize that my comments here are purely conjecture....and wishful thinking. I welcome comments from others.
