That's just what I was about to ask you JohnO.
I have been thru a couple of reverse splits and they have been disasterous, with the stock price going up commensurate with the reverse and then the price trickling down to where it was before, but the shareholder left holding the bag with less shares.
I sincerely hope this would be a minor split and not 1 for 6 or 1 for 20, etc., etc. Do you happen to know what the RS would be???
Usually a company does this kind of thing out of desperation as a requirement to receive a loan or try and make it on the nasdaq, etc.
A forward split of course is another thing, very positive.
