Yes He did, said that they are trying to work this financing package out so they can take the Reg D out. Also mentioned other issues which they are fine-lining. He had thought it would be completed by the date published in the news release. He stated that even though they may have missed the date they had rather iron out everything properly going in rather than have a problem surface later. He did seem calm and confident that SSGI & Tamasco will join hands. He stated that Both companies stand to profit greatly from each other. I gained some confidence that had begun to drop off. I didn't expect the price to drop this low especially after the drop on Bid only after the delisting news. Then SSGI regained that ground, only to fall later, that had me concerned and after John explained several issues to me I can see that it just takes some extry time but will likely be done. I was going to buy even more until I just now got in from Bow Hunting and saw SSGI up a little. I have a wagon load anyway so I may buy at .08 to .12, just don't know yet.. However, at this moment I am sure glad I bought a bunch at .06 cents and believe this may very well turn into a high percent profit gain, Just have to wait and watch. Regards, Malcolm
