No manipulation that I've seen (and I've been an active trader). The problem is that - for any number of reasons - there is absolutely no market for CIST. It's not due to lack of publicity. Cistron hit PRNewswire, Reuters, and S&P with their news release over the past 2 days. Investors interested in this type of news certainly should have seen it. Rudy
