Tom, wish I had more to offer you...here is some opinion and some fact for what it is worth.

1. Don't know
2. According to Investor's Biz Daily (IBD): .20 / qtr , .70 / year
3. Don't know, but ACTL was reported as one of the larger
holdings in the Fidelity Select Electronics portfolio in
a recent IBD
4. Don't know
5. Don't know - but would be interested if anyone cares to offer.
6. OPINION: My opinion is >20% for 3-5 years sympathetic with
demand for programmable devices and semi mkt growth.

I've been a holder of some small cap tech stocks that have done
real well in the last weeks consistent with my experiences in the past
with the so-called January effect. I would expect to see a better
price to enter the market on ACTL sometime after the Jan. momentum
dies down.
