JohnO,
I know it is only surmising, but lets say it was a 1 for 6 at .20 cents a share... Let's say someone had 30,000 shares....with the RS they would have 5,000 shares....still $6,000, with the commensurate rise in share value, BUT if the stock loses momentum and the price trickles away...the investors is left with 5,000 cheap shares???
On the other hand, with 5,000 shares, the share price would have to rise substansially to make good money.
But if there were no other way of capitalization for the Company, or there was a chance of a huge share dilution, in order to raise capital, then it would make sense.
But with the Company increasing their sales over 300% the previous quarter and seeming to have a great growth potential with Walmart, Internet banners, etc..wouldn't you think they would be able to eventually raise the capitol they need??? And couldn't they get a better deal, due to their potential with Nucleus, without having to go thru a reverse split, which in my opinion is very gut-wrenching to the investor???
I wish I knew much more about Nucleus and this whole deal.

But JohnO. thanks for bringing the info about this that you did, to our attention.
