Voice-It (MEMO) designs, develops and markets personal consumer electronics products which digitally record and store voice information on solid state memory. Doesn't NCII credit getting out of the consumer products market and concentrating on developing the technology as the reason it has had recent success getting contract? It seems that MEMO could not compete with the big boys in the consumer electronics product market.
