In checking with Kevin Holmes for a copy of Skinner's speech, he informs me that it is an outline only. He did not have a written speech, and no one transcribed one at the conference. However, based on that speech he has been invited to speak at a Conference in Wash. D.C. later this month. The speech is to be the same as was delivered in New Orleans. I will ask if they can have it transcibed. I think it is somewhat significant that he was invited to give the speech again after some one heard him in New Orleans. Kevin had no news on the next press release, but they are working on the TISS and Interbet connections , and when they are operating we will hear about them. I was asking for an approximate date, and I think people are gun shy now of giving out any dates based on the past history. I will also try to get the name of the Conference in D.C.
