Thanks for the answers.

I called THW today and they will be putting training and corporate examples up on their site and they also said that a number of the top 50 advertising agencies will start using it soon (Nov).

But the most important questions wasn't answered.

1. How many Flash tools have been sold so far? 10,000? 20,000? 30,000? 40,000? 50,000? or is it greater than 60,000? and I am not talking about the demos or Trial versions of Flash. I mean paid for that produce revenue?

2. I want to know why no other developers, including Totally Hip are adopting Flashes standard (source code is open)? If it is the best as you say, then why aren't people using it and why are they going to QuickTime 3?

Hope to get these answered, but I do appreciate your other answers.
