3rd quarter, 1996 report info :

Industrial (hottest) 67% 145 properties
Office (hot) 26% 77 properties
Retail (rebounding) 7% 26 prop.

They also have 1,200 acres of undeveloped,debt free land 80% zoned for industrial and rest office which could add 15 mil sq. ft

25,956,000 sq. ft. with 94.2% leased
2,980,000 sq. ft. under development 66% leased with about same ratios as above.
Average new lease $7.50/ft. for 4.5 years
3 year annualized return 19.1% vs. S&P 500 17.4%
