You do need to worry about it because looking for money or dealing with suppliers can many time hinge on co. value,also who wants to work for a co. and get paid with a stock certificate when on your way to your broker the price goes lower!It would tend to make you say i will pass on the stock cash please..Stock price is important and you cant ignore it.Why do you think George has tried many times to keep the price up and stable....EZ
