Scott, The WSJ article identified Tokyo Mex as Joe Park, not Joe Parks (no "s' on the end). At the time I didn't know that Joe Parks and Joe Park were the same person. See Josef Svejk's reply: exchange2000.com where he indicates that Joe Parks and Joe Park are the same person. I don't keep track of Tokyo Mex myself, either as a supporter or a detractor.
