JDN, I just finished a review of the amended S-1 filing. 90% is a rehash of the original filing. The other 10% contains updated language and statements reflecting results through 6/30 as contained in the previously filed 2nd qtr 10q. Additional comments in harmony with the 2nd qtr 10q and the 3rd qtr. earnings release reflect on operational results through 9/30. I have a call into I.R. to see if the amended filing satisfies the quiet period requirement, or if Command will remain under quiet period rules until 30 days after the filing.
