Z.O: This is the age where every Company will have to allow the Customer the flexibility of choice using JIT manufacture . Auto manufacturers will soon allow their on-line Customers to make an choice of any combo of upto 20 variables when they place an order. It has to be the same with bit transmission. The choice of speed, protocol, encryption, buffering , CoS and QoS is a customer choice and the Manufacturer must have that inbuilt capacity to meet the demand. A line of products based on narrow tunnel focus is likely to run into a wall of customer dissatisfaction in the long run.
