Anyone have details on strong buy-to-buy downgrade? Typically signals an issue with valuation, not underlying business strength. These guys downgraded a bunch of semi cos today. Whatever. We'll take a breather and up on Friday. The late afternoon surge yesterday plus numbers from Cisco that didn't positively surprise led to today... (coulda called this AM...)
