Kevin, This is unconfirmed but......last count was... 70M after closing of CRC and INTILE (which did not happen)...+10% dividend..... =77M O/S 11M in the float plust 10% dividend = 12.1M again....I stress these numbers were based on the closing of INTILE which did not happen...
