Gotta disagree with you on this one...

You said: <<I too was disappointed by the CC as it appears to me that TAVA is not moving sufficiently fast in developing a post 2000 strategic plan. >>

On the contrary, I think they're in high gear, and they accelerated much faster than I had hoped for, and I tend to be quite a skeptic at times.

What you are missing or ignoring as that the only reason that they are making 60% of revenues on Y2K is *BECAUSE THEY CAN* !!! It is a supply and demand situation, and TAVA can command excellent margins on both the Y2K software and services. How can you fault any company for taking advantage of a short term opportunity to add lots to the bottom line? Seems ridiculous to even question it...

I'm very confident that they will have very little problem transitioning back to core business, now that they have made a few wise choices in staffing/subcontracting (not hiring a lot of "expendable" personnel for I&A work) and have started the climb "up the food chain" from process control towards information management systems.

FWIW, I *added* to my holdings after the CC.
