I read in the prospectus - "Edward J. Bramson, who since January 1991 has served as chief executive of the Company, is also engaged in the management of certain companies affiliated with Sherborne Holdings Incorporated, a privately owned Delaware holding company ("SHI"). Mr. Bramson currently devotes most of his time to the management of the Company. The loss of the services of Mr. Bramson and/or such managers or other key personnel could have a material adverse effect on the Company." How does this affect the keepered media nogotiations? Does anybody know who in the company actually does the negotiations? Thanks! Dayal
