Ticketmaster sues N2K over Web deal payment

According to Ticketmaster's complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, New York-based N2K gave notice to Ticketmaster on Monday that it ''would not honor the agreement.'' On Nov. 1, N2K defaulted on a $3 million payment, according to Ticketmaster.

Perhaps a portending of things to come for these highly unprofitable e-tailers. Skip out on your payments after you become an instant millionaire from insider stock sales.
