Charles, since the possible Chinese venture for GRNO involves the necessity of construction on site (too expensive to ship anything much beyond the core computer technology), the potential exists not only for the importation of processors but also for the manufacture of them. In such a scenario, I can envision the possibility of a small aid to Chinese/foreign capital flow from the export of processors to other Asian countries. I would think that this possibility would add to Chinese interest in the processors, along with fitting their desire for more hi-tech development and employment and their desire to make progress in working on environmental pollution problems. I may be engaging in wish fulfillment here, but it seems to me the payoff to the Chinese in general would be very high in relation to the initial capital cost and whatever additional monies that would have to be sent to GRNO =+=+=Norm
