Colt Telecom says Colt Inc lifts stake to 28.25 pct LONDON (AFX) - Colt Telecom Group PLC said Colt Inc has exercised conversion rights on junior subordinate debentures to acquire 12.638 mln Colt Telecom shares, representing 2.14 pct of Colt Telecom's issued ordinary 2.5 pence shares. Following this transaction Colt Inc's total shareholding in Colt Telecom is 166.238 mln shares, equal to a 28.25 pct stake.
