Carole, The news release says reverse split and that is all I know. I lost power today so I've been flying totally blind. Some young squirrel learned about electric lines today. When I called today they were at meeting with Nucleus. I would think we'll be getting more information very soon. Shortly we'll see when the shareholder meeting is to vote on merger. If all goes well I'll attend meeting and will pass on information I gather there. Sure wish they merged with a company in Hawaii. Have a good one. John
