Mr. Miller: No I don't think ABTX will be bought out, at least not for anything in the kooky range ($30 - $70). The market for busted rollups is not exactly hopping, never has been. Maybe they get an equity stake for around what George and FIDO paid. Maybe Merrill does some kind of debt deal for them. The hot money will bail on anything less than a full buyout. drakes353
