Joan on Dec 23 the stock dropped from 14 to around 11 on heavy volume. The ceo told Joe Kearnen of CNBC that the reason for the drop was that the word was out to analysts that same store sales for the first week of Dec were flat not the 1-3% up that the company was looking for. There was no press release.

I can only guess that when he says we will be happy... he means not with same store sales but overall sales. Or maybe they had a good last three weeks of Dec.
Just a guess.
