Jim I would think if its 4:30 p.m. in NY its actually 5:30 in Santiago. They don't have daylight savings and look at the GMT map. Of course this is all my opinion.... I find it interesting that DAY has until the 30th. Thats 25 days to do what?. Maybe they realize that they would be in line behind Chilean court ordered awards before they receive $$$$, again just my thoughts on the situation not trying to bash DAY. :-)
