Eagles 1977. I could understand this happening to a company with only $200,000 in cash. But Cistron has a $13 million war chest which should be protecting shareholder assets. A buyback would and would have rid the manipulation from Cistron's stock long ago. Not doing one allows Cistron to trade at these pathetic levels... Why?
