Marty, you do not know what I have a basis for or don't have a basis. I have not commented on the average holding period of short trades, except to say there are some very patient shorts out there. It really is entertaining watching you twist everything I say into a pretzel, and using it to prove your mistaken notions to yourself. The fact that you attempt to lump a group of people together into a profile is a good example that you don't have a clue. I'm sure there are as many different kinds of short sellers as there are victims of stock distribution schemes. It is not an insult to note that you are dishonest, it is an observation of reality. I think you are describing yourself in your diatribes against 'short sellers'. Barb
