The only way reverse splits work are when the company is profitable it gives it a base to build off, if the company is developing and they do a split. WHAT FUNDAMENTALS WOULD KEEP THE STOCK THERE.

When the company shows earnings i think it is a great idea, reduce the float pump up the Earnings, but not now.
