Joe,

Spoke with jc today, too much to write and be specific. Here is an attempt to give you the flavor. By combining the companies Fortune will increase our reserves by a factor of 3. We should have positive cash flow. We will have our own operator (driller). We now have a greater percentage of the Espirtu project. We pick up several drill ready sites.

Now if the news from now on is drilling results that are positive then the company stock price should move.
