Huge breakout move for ExperTelligence (OTC EBB: EXGP) today on light (but heavier than recent) volume. EXGP closed +1 point or +53.3% to 2 7/8. I did not see any news releases today but recent news pertained to their development of Web portal software technology, a marketing agreement with Saatchi & Saatchi and consistent significant accumulation of these shares by a private investor with Wall Street connections.
