CIST can get off the bulletin board!
CIST can easilly meet all of the criteria required for listing on the NASDAQ small cap market. All that would be required is a 1 for 20 reverse split to get the bid above $5 per share. This could also put them on the radar screens of serious brokerages and institutions.

It is the case that most reverse splits result in a loss in value of the company. However, in this case I don't believe that it would. Getting off the bulletin board would be such a plus that IMHO the stock value would increase, if not to book value, at least to cash value. On the NASDAQ small cap market there would be a real market for CIST.
