TRO Issued Against Advanced Health Corporation NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement was issued today by the law firm of Beatie and Osborn LLP: On October 30, 1998, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County, Justice James R. Cowhey, issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Advanced Health Corporation (Nasdaq: ADVH) enjoining the company from, among other things, transferring or otherwise disclosing the source codes for Dr. Chart(TM), Clinical Data Exchange, Clinical Data Repository and Application Interface Engine without a court order. Ownership of these programs has been challenged by Bukstel & Halfpenny, Inc., who claims it was induced to sell the programs to an ADVH subsidiary by fraudulent misrepresentation and has asked the Court to return the programs and all related intellectual property to it. The Board of Directors of Bukstel & Halfpenny wishes to assure all users of the above programs that, should the intellectual property be returned to Bukstel & Halfpenny, it will provide the highest level of service and support to ensure the continued successful use and operation of these programs.
