Paul, unless I'm mistaken, it appears you've given an example for de-emphasizing the importance of filing financials: they certainly don't tell the whole story and in some cases may mask uglier elements of the story. You seem to be saying that Diana is somehow superior to DGIV simply because they "filed". Their being "booted off" the NYSE and their making false claims about their products are excused by their having published numbers? I would prefer that DGIV not attempt to become their equal. --dch
