Huh? Institutions and the majority of investors wont even take a look at DGIV without filings, let alone the hope of DGIV to be listed someday on a bigger board. How do filings mask the uglier elements of the "story" sometimes?? DGIV will always be a OTC BB stock succumbing to manipulation and the unknowns about the company unless they do so. And with the merger of Nasdaq and AMEX there are already tighter controls in place for companies to qualify to be listed. Matter of fact, Nasdaq is delisting quite a few stocks in the near future for failure to comply with the requirements. DGIV faces a tougher task at hand..... But, what does this have anything to do with the spirit of this thread. Mrs. Cleaver
