Hi Doc,
I agree that the AMZN news is what caused the sell-off.

I would add AMZN hiring DRIV to develop its software sales effort to your list. This could be milestones 1-6 all by itself.

I am not sure how #3, developing a relationship with a major portal, would work. DRIV really doesn't have their own store front; they are the backbone and infrastructure for many others and are basically an out-sourcing operation. Thus, how would a relationship with Yahoo work?
