Jack, you wrote a very well thought out and articulated post. However, regarding the C++ market, I do not believe that Java will own even the enterprise side of life. There is plenty of room for C++. I belive that C++ will continue to be the primary language for app development (cleint, server, and enterprise). C++ Builder will never regain market share lost to MFC. However, C++ Builder Enterprise (tight integration with their ORB) is compelling. In essence they will have a market that has essentially zero competition.

That is INPR's real strength. A consistent interface and toolkit for enterprise app development whether in Java, Delphi, or C++.
